Good evening. I felt compelled to share with your readers our experience on Friday night at the Feria de Sevillanas (Torrevieja).
We were very impressed with the evening and the efforts which had clearly been made.
Unfortunately, we chose a food outlet who were not displaying any prices but thought nothing of it as everyone else’s prices were very reasonable. How wrong we were.
For 1 large beer, 2 small red wines, 2 paellas, 1 calamari, 1 croquetas, 1 chips and 3 bread rolls we were charged 93 euros! The quality of the food was very poor also.
In order to prevent this happening again, I feel it should be compulsory for prices to be on display at any such events.
This, albeit first bad experience, has left a very bad taste.
