I was so pleased to read Liz Connor’s article on the myths about asthma (CB News Jul 31-Aug 6). Dispelling the myth that cats and dogs are a major contributer to this often debilitating condition, needs to be highlighted. With so many rescue dogs and cats desperately needing good homes in the Costa Blanca area, we certainly don’t want to unnecessarily reduce their chances of a new start in life.
