Orcheta town hall are on a mission – to find the ‘environmental terrorists’ who dumped 3,000 kilos of rotting kebab meat down a ravine next to a rubbish container.
The council said that they consider this to be an ‘environmental crime’, which is currently being investigated by the Guardia Civil.
