A new digital town planning tool has been created to locate illegal homes constructed on land where building is prohibited.
This will help to speed up the work of the Valencian territorial protection agency (AVPT), said regional director for town planning, Vicente García Nebot in Orihuela on Wednesday.
His department has been cataloguing illegal homes so that the regional government can continue reducing the number of them.
