HOUSE prices rose by 0.8% during the last quarter of the year in Spain compared with figures from the same period in 2015.
The data comes from a report by national property valuation service Tinsa.
This shows dramatic regional variations, with sharp rises in some parts of the country and plummeting prices in others.
