Orihuela city is set to record a high of 36°C tomorrow (Tuesday) as hot air pushes up from Africa.
A cooling sea breeze means that areas next to the Mediterranean will escape the worst of the heat, with Torrevieja set to register 27°C and Jávea 26°C.
