Coronovirus infections increase during colder weather, according to a study carried out by state weather agency AEMET and Madrid’s Carlos III university hospital.
In a press release they noted that recent research in other countries has shown that high temperatures and high humidity ‘significantly reduce transmission and propagation of the virus’.
