Aid towards prescription charges, provided by the regional government for vulnerable collectives, amounts to €47 million for 2022 and a total of €354M since the coalition took power in 2016.
Regional vice-president Aitana Mas said that ‘compensating for this unfair co-payment’ is part of her government’s work to ‘restore and increase healthcare rights’.
