More information has been given about the ‘fab four’ turtles, which were released into the sea at a Guardamar del Segura beach last week.
Oceanogràfic sealife centre in Valencia, where the loggerheads were raised under their ‘headstarting’ programme, has published a press release about the action.
They noted that these were the only four turtles to survive from the nest made on Playa les Ortigues in 2022, close to the border with La Mata.
