The regional government will carry out checks to make sure that commercial centres are following rules on limiting the number of shoppers who can enter their premises.
Councillor for justice Gabriela Bravo noted that these large shopping malls can only operate at 30% of total capacity under regulations brought in to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
