A disputed section of Orihuela’s coast path that runs for just 60 metres in front of houses overlooking La Caleta could be closed to the public again.
Heritage councillor Rafael Almagro confirmed the town hall had lost a last-ditch appeal against the homeowners of Bellavista residential development, who had put up a wall closing off the path in 2013.
