An ancient chocolate cooling chamber has been discovered in Villajoyosa.
The find was made by council staff carrying out an ethnographic study prior to the demolition of a building on Calle Ramón y Cajal.
It belonged to the Chocolates Uris factory, which in the past occupied the ground floor.
