Unregistered tourist accommodation will be tackled by the regional government with €350,000 from this year’s budget.
This will be used for ‘campaigns against unauthorised letting and in defence of regulated offers, which are what generates employment, taxes, public image and reputation’, said regional tourism secretary Francesc Colomer.
