Mayor Eduardo Dolón said he wants to make Torrevieja ‘one of the cleanest towns in Spain’.
His goal was announced at the presentation of the new fleet of vehicles for the municipality’s waste disposal and street cleaning operation.
Sr Dolón revealed that it is made up of 188 vehicles, with concessionary company Acciona investing €29 million in the service.
