Residents in the Valencia region can now apply for subsidies to reform their homes.
A total of 30 million has been made available.
Regional housing councillor Rubén Martínez Dalmau said the aid ‘is fundamental for the reconstruction phase after the Covid-19 health crisis as it will stimulate the construction and ceramics sector’.
