The Puerto Marina hotel in Mojacar is being taken over by Senator Hotels and Resorts group in an expansion of its growing empire in Almería province.
The keys to Hotel Suites Puerto Marina, located at the southern end of Mojacar promenade before Macenas, are being handed over to Senator this week, according to seller Michael Gem, after the sale was completed during the summer.
Mr Gem, a long-time Mojacar developer who built the Puerto Marina in 2001 said he was “very happy” with the sale, although he would not reveal the price for confidentiality reasons.
