Murcia regional health service has guaranteed the provision of health care to British citizens living in the region in an attempt to allay expats’ fears in the wake of the Brexit decision.
More than 13,000 Brits are registered on the Spanish health system in Murcia, nearly 11,000 as residents and around 2,000 by virtue of the European health card and its reciprocal payment arrangements with the UK.
