Albox residents have been given an opportunity to express their opinions about the town in a comprehensive council survey aimed at developing tourism.
The illustrated poll, which includes 17 sections from first impressions on arrival at the town to its strengths and weaknesses as a tourist destination, was compiled by tourism councillor Maura Hillen to provide data for an analysis of tourism in Albox.
So far more than 300 people have completed the survey, around 60 per cent foreign residents and 40 per cent Spanish, which Mrs Hillen said has enabled her to get “a good idea of what people view as important in their town”.
