The Valencia government is set to amend regional legislation governing tourism lets, using a decree that just been approved in Andalucía region ‘as a reference’.
Regional councillor for tourism, Nuria Montes noted that the new legislation in Andalucía ‘establishes that town halls can limit the maximum number of properties that can be used for tourism purposes’ in their municipalities.
