Work to help the ‘recovery’ of the dune areas of the Molino de Agua municipal park continued throughout 2023, according to Torrevieja’s councillor for the environment Antonio Vidal.
Planting has been carried in the area behind the southern section of La Mata beach.
“We are aiming to recover the dune woodlands – something that is practically extinct in Europe,” said the councillor
