Alicante’s Carlos Mazón was sworn in as president of the Valencia region on Monday.
In a speech in the Valencia parliament, the Partido Popular (PP) politician said that the region ‘deserved a change’ and that would start ‘immediately’.
He stated that his goal was to ‘defend and promote equality of opportunity, so we can all be free’.
