The provincial fire service reported that the fire which broke out at Cala Llebeig in Teulada – and led to the evacuation of homes in the area – was declared as being ‘extinguished’ at 21.15 last night (Sunday).
Two units of regional government forest firefighters remained in the zone overnight to damp down the affected area.
