The concentration of dust particles from the Sahara Desert, which are suspended in the air, is due to hit a peak at around 18.00 today (Tuesday) in Alicante province, according to MeteOrihuela’s Pedro Gómez.
The poor air quality has led experts to recommend that people do not take exercise outdoors while the phenomenon lasts.
