The first authorised waste transfer plant in the Vega Baja area is due to open ‘in about 20 days’, announced regional councillor for ecological transition Mireia Mollà during a visit to the facility in Dolores on Monday.
Rubbish from all 27 municipalities in the Vega Baja will be compacted there and then sent on to treatment plants.
