The plans for a new base for street cleaning and rubbish collection workers and their vehicles in Orihuela Costa have been presented to residents.
The current facilities are little more than a car park enclosed with corrugated iron fencing close to the AP-7 motorway in Los Almendros, which has long provoked complaints from workers and residents that it is inadequate, unsafe and an eyesore.
