A British resident who unwittingly bought an illegal off-plan house in Catral is calling for a UK government inquiry into why Company Law was changed so that a parent/holding company is no longer responsible for wrongdoing by their subsidiaries abroad.
The homeowner says he was deceived and the bank should be held to account.
