A ray of hope emerged on Wednesday in the Valencia region’s fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
For the first time this year the number of active cases has fallen over a seven-day period.
Despite the improvement region-wide, the largest number of deaths from Covid-19 in a 24-hour period in the region was reported on Wednesday – a total of 112.
