Regional councillor for health Ana Barceló has thanked all the residents in the Valencia region (Alicante, Valencia and Castellón provinces) for the ‘responsibility they have shown’ during the coronavirus crisis.
She noted that people have ‘followed the indications of the health authorities’.
This has allowed the region to progress to the next phase of exit plan on Monday (June 1), she said.
Sra Barceló added that ‘we still have a long way to go’.
“We want to make sure that everyone gets there,” she said.
“So please, be careful and take care of yourself.”
