THE €156,306-scheme to improve the busy rural road which connects San Miguel de Salinas and Orihuela Costa has almost been completed, according to San Miguel’s councillor for town planning Sergio Correas.
However, motorists say no prior warning has been given over works which have closed lanes of the busy Camino de la Balsa.
