NEW bye-laws restricting electric skateboards and hoverboards in Gandia have been launched in a bid to cut down the number of accidents caused to pedestrians.
Numerous complaints from residents who have either been run over or narrowly escaped a collision have forced the local government into action as the popularity of these Back to the Future-style pavement vehicles continues to grow.
