Torremolinos town hall last week approved a budget modification to provide €3 million funding for the second phase of work on the major remodel currently underway on the pedestrianised area of Plaza Costa del Sol and Avenida Palma de Mallorca. Phase one has focused on underground utilities, while phase two will see the launch of work on the aesthetic transformation of the zone.
