ESTEPONA’S cookery school has opened its restaurant to the public as the students embark on the real-world training portion of their curriculum, announced the town hall last week.

The scheme, launched for the first time in 2015 as part of an agreement with the town hall for the school’s use of the facilities at the Palacio de Exposiciones conference centre, allows members of the public to dine at a reasonable price while students hone their skills at cooking and customer service in a true restaurant environment.
