A 50-year-old foreign woman, whose nationality has not been specified, was fatally hit by a train near the Plaza Mayor stop on the Málaga-Fuengirola C-1 Cercanías line at around 10pm on Tuesday night. Police are investigating the incident, though initial enquiries indicate the woman may have thrown herself in front of the train, reported Spanish newspaper Diario Sur.
