BENAHAVÍS has taken over the top spot as the province’s wealthiest community, according to a tax office report on average per capita income based on income tax returns.
With an average gross annual income of €28,428, Benahavís overtook Rincón de la Victoria, which dropped to number two at €27,003, according to the report based on tax returns from 2015 in municipalities of over 1,000 inhabitants.
