A fire that broke out in the Montemayor zone of Benahavís at around 10.30pm on Saturday was tackled by 41 firefrighters from the Infoca wildfire brigade, who had the blaze contained within a little over four hours, though it was not declared fully extinguished until 8pm on Sunday. Officials have not yet specified the size of the affected area.
