The situation at Barcelona El Prat airport is set to get worse from tomorrow (Monday) as Eulen private security employees in charge of departure lounge access among others start an indefinite strike after they today (Sunday) voted against the salary increase offer proposed by the company.
Central government has anounced it will be deploying Guardia Civil officers to carry out security control duties if the situation becomes considerably worse.
