The head of Kemerovo, a major Russian crime organisation, has been arrested in Mijas, following a joint investigation between the National Police, the Guardia Civil and Estonian forces. The leader ran a drug-trafficking and money-laundering operation in Estonia, from Spain, where he kept a low profile for security reasons according to a police statement. In a simultaneous operation, three other gang leaders were detained in Tallin.
