Actor Richard Gere will open the new Barcelona – Sant Jordi International Film Festival tomorrow (Friday). The first week-long event will include the premiere of his latest movie, Norman, in which he plays a homeless man. The festival seeks to celebrate cultural diversity and almost all the films shown will be premières in Spain.
