Castellón-born golf player Sergio García made Spanish sporting history on Sunday by winning the Augusta Masters – 18 years after the last Spaniard (Olazabal) won the green jacket.
In his press conference, García admitted he had thought of the late Seve Ballesteros (the first Spaniard to win the tournament) throughout the event.
