Leakage from a kerosene storage tank brought 160 members of the emergency services onto Málaga’s Guadalhorce industrial estate last Wednesday afternoon. They converged on land next to the former Victoria factory after a Level 3 emergency was called. Luckily, it was only an exercise to test responses to the spill of a dangerous substance.
