Police in Lloret del Mar have arrested a German man suspected of murdering his girlfriend at their home in Freyung, southeastern Germany, a month ago. Officers also found the couple’s 18-month-old son alive and well. The suspect now has a bizarre tattoo bearing his girlfriend’s birth and death dates, along with the message, “Thanks for everything.”
