A woman who assaulted two nurses and a doctor at the Costa del Sol hospital in Marbella in October 2013 has been convicted and given a suspended 10-month prison sentence. A Málaga court heard how she hit, scratched and pulled the hair of the victims after one of the nurses called for security when the woman pulled the IV out of her own arm to go out and smoke a cigarette.
