A defibrillator has been placed in Casares’s Plaza de España, for public use in case of an emergency. The potentially life-saving item has been placed in the wall opposite the local butcher’s and is marked with a green sticker. Casares council have also been holding training sessions on how to use the equipment for workers, residents and business owners.
