THE REGIONAL government has reminded migrants that everyone has a right to healthcare in the Valencia region.
Health councillor Carmen Montón spoke out after the Constitutional Court (TC) upheld the ministry for health’s decision not to give healthcare cards to immigrants without residency permits.
