Marbella’s Serrano Lima municipal swimming pool has closed its doors early for maintenance work, following ‘less than favourable’ results from an inspection carried out by a company that specialises in the prevention and control of Legionairre’s disease. Councillor Blanca Fernández explained that the site closes during August anyway, but added that there was a “commitment to resuming activity at the beginning of September”.
