FOLLOWING the vote to leave the European Union there has been an outpouring of emotion from the expat community in Spain.
A range of feelings – including sadness, anger, and from some, joy – have been expressed.
In the interviews conducted by CBNews, the most often repeated words were ‘disappointed’ and ‘concerned’ – ‘all we can do is sit and wait’.
The vast majority of those we spoke to voted Remain and admitted they were shocked as they were confident the UK would stay in the EU.
