THE ex-girlfriend of slain of British millionaire Andrew Bush went on trial on Monday for his murder.
At the first day of the trial 26-year-old Slovakian model Mayka Marica Kukucova told the court that she shot her former boyfriend in self-defence.
The Bristol jeweller was killed at his rented Estepona holiday home in April 2014.
The public prosecutor is seeking a 20-year prison sentence for Ms Kukucova, charging that she intentionally shot Mr Bush, 48, after he and his new girlfriend arrived at the home in the Cancelada area on April 5 of last year.
