A group of Alhaurín el Grande residents lobbying for the addition of a second A&E doctor at the local health centre delivered a petition with over 11,000 signatures to the Junta de Andalucía Health Department’s offices in Málaga last week. The group says that currently when the single A&E team goes out on a call, there is no coverage for other emergencies in the town.
