Torremolinos town hall is to begin offering ‘civil baptism’ ceremonies later this month. The baptisms, officially called ‘name presentation and welcoming into society’ ceremonies, will be officiated by the mayor or a town councillor, for €50. They will mainly be held at the Casa del Los Navajas historic mansion, though other locations are possible.
