An average of 7,500 visitors stayed in Benalmádena’s hotels every night in 2015 as the number of overnight stays in the town reached almost three million, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics. Data for December 2015 showed that the town’s hotels had a 52.98% occupancy rate, the second highest for that month since 2003.
